Ive used the SmartSwitch app several times in the past and it works great. I recently dropped my Note 9 off a motocycle at 70mph. The screen was destroyed. Amazingly I can still operate some features with Google Assistant. I now purchased a new phone to replace it. How can I transfer the data from old Note 9 with unreadable screen to my new Galaxy A42 without being able to use screen to accept the connection using the Smart Switch app?

I have the same issue if you find out please let me know. If they are both connected to internet and you put them both on one Samsung account you can do it remotely with the "find my mobile" section
