I am using the Galaxy Note S 10 + with the AKG headphones that came with the phone. The audio will not play on headphones now. The phone and all apps are updated. It does not work in safe mode. I have tried using an identical pair of headphones and it still did not work. I have downloaded the Samsung USB Type C app and that also did not help.
Any update on your problem? My Note10+ Had the same exact issue but I couldn’t fix it and neither could this bad company. I opted and returned the phone before it blew up like the Note 9 did. Really disappointed in how Samsung is handling this issue. It’s been over a year and no actual fix.
