How do I make the video last longer than 5 seconds on my lock screen?? I noticed the same video that I used is much shorter on the Note 10 than it is on the S10. It seems like the video gets cut after 4 to 5 seconds. Please help. Thank you

I finally figured out where the problem is. I use the face unlock feature. As soon as the phone stops looking for ther face( after about 4 seconds) the video stops as well. I took out the face unlock feature and now the video plays for its entire length. I'm not sure if that's a glitch in the system or the phone was design that way

Thank you for reaching out. When you go to the video you are wanting to use, clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner, click set as wallpaper, then click on edit, and did you select the 15 seconds of the video to use as the wallpaper?

Thank you for replying back!

I did but it does not make any difference. Even though the video is 15 seconds long, after 4 seconds the video stops. On the S10 the video plays continuously, like a Gif

Do you have a screen timeout set on your device?

I have the same problem but I don't think this is a solution. How can one sacrifice to unlock with face to let the video lockscreen continue running? Even if no face detected, the video should continue to run and not freeze. It was this way before the recent big update. Please do something about this bug.

I have the same issue, I removed the face id and the record stops after 2 seconds...
