What does the battery icon on Note 20 Ultra

Anyone seen this icon before? 

Had several Samsung phones and this one is new to me. Had the phone for a week now, and this icon has been on for a couple days is all 🤷

That means your power mode setting is set to high performance mode.

actually, that icon means that you have adaptive power saving turned on.

Nope..... My adaptive power savings is off and I have that icon.

I had high performance turned on and was watching a youtube video when I first noticed it, turned off high performance and i disapeared... adaptive power savings was off
