What is this pop up media on my Galaxy Note 10 Plus?

I have a Galaxy Note 10 Plus and I have been having this show up on my phone and I would just like to know what it means.

It just pops up randomly several times during the week.

I'm actually in a hotel and don't have a casting feature turned on.

I have a note 10 plus, Did you download anything prior to that happing? My best bet is to put it in safe mode and see if it goes away then you would know, here's how to activate Safe Mode, hold the power key until the Power off icon appears.Press and hold the Power off icon until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Select Safe Mode to confirm. I had the similar problem on my Note 9 before getting the note 10 plus, but putting it in safe mode worked for me. I hope this helps 🙏
