Galaxy Note PhonesIf you are in someone's contact list, what appears on their phones is usually the picture and ID they assign to you. If they have profile picture sharing turned on in the contacts app, they will see what you have chosen for your profile picture. If you are not in someone's contact list, they will see your normal caller ID and the default call background they set on their phone. The caller ID info (name/number) is set by your carrier. Next time, ask if they can send you a screen shot of what they are seeing, so you can see it too.
