I have been experiencing this issue since March 2020. (3) S20s and (3) SIM cards later, it is still occurring. For those who are experiencing the issue:
1. Did you originally order the phone from AT&T, or from Samsung?
2. Is the phone still under contract (monthly payments) or is it paid off?
AT&T note 9 here. Still under contract!
Very frustrated. My work profile deleted while I slept the other night, and now I can't set it back up without an update.
