Galaxy Note PhonesGo into your Samsung Gallery App, select your picture and tap the pencil icon. In the bottom bar of options, scroll all the way to the left and tap the "T" icon for text. Then you can add a title.

Galaxy Note PhonesThanks for you reply.
I'm a newbie, so I may seem a bit dense.
The gallery shows an array of recent photos. Before I bring up the photo that I want, it shows 3 icons. One is for search. I don't know how to describe the other 2 icons. At the right of the 3 icons are the vertical 3 dots. I selected the one that I want to add the description to and then did several more gestures that I have now forgotten but it did give me the opportunity to add a title and a description. I did that and saved it. I bring it back up and the title and description are there, but the description is in a tiny font, way to small to read.
I appreciate you getting me this far, but if you can help me further:1) take a guess at what the several more gestures that I have now forgotten were;2) explain whether I can change the text font.
I'm using a Samsung Note10+ phone and I think the Gallery app is the one that was pre-loaded.

Galaxy Note PhonesBoth JoshQ's post and yours resolved my issue, but apparently I can't accept more than one. I will LIKE yours and, if you can tell me how, I will "Accept as Solution."
thanks. Phil.

Galaxy Note PhonesYou must be on the Pictures tab. At the top would be the Group Similar and Create Movie icons. Just a tip, if you long press on an icon it will tell you what it is. After adding your description and title, you probably pressed back and save. If you go back to the picture you want to edit, follow the same steps to get back to the title and text, type what you want and try to pinch and zoom and move it around. That should allow you to make it bigger or smaller and place it where you want.
