just had one ui 2.5 update. the x to close multi window is missing? any idea?

To exit from multi-window either select the Back button to go back to the last individual app opened, or select the Recent button to view both apps that are open. From there you can decide which app you would like to open.

Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
