note 9 turning self off

for past month at random times my galaxy note 9 will start to turn it self off when screen goes to sleep.  will start randomly and stop randomly. I've tried restarting it and reseting it.  what do I need to do

@Truruen When you reset your phone, did you do a full factory reset as described here? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029 If the phone is still powering off and on at random after the full factory reset, a service evaluation would be the next step.
