My phone has started stating that it's to cold to charge . while an app that i downloaded says that it's 100 deg. I have checked the actual temp of the phone and it's 82 deg. the baatterie lvl raises occasionally and then drops quickly to 1 percent and stay's there for hours. what can i do to fix this.
The phone is a galaxy note 10 and is 13 months old.
