I have a Note 10+ N975U1. Recently my phone stopped wireless charging. I couldn't figure out why. As of today I figured out a work around solution that solves it for a while. If I put the phone in AIRPLANE MODE it will instantly wireless charge again. I have removed any new apps and thus far nothing has really solved it completely. What could cause wireless charging to disable but re-enable when airplane mode is turned on? Is something else using the wireless charger or taking control of it? It makes no sense to me and it's annoying.
Try booting in safe mode or use Nice Catch to see if detects anything regarding the issue.
You could also reach out to Samsung through the Samsung Members app by reporting error after reproducing the issue.
Make note of the work-around that you found, it may be helpful to the techs at Samsung.
At least the wireless charging hardware doesn't seem to be defective...
