Galaxy RingMy Galaxy Ring powers off after about 90 minutes, regardless of whether Iโm actively using it. It is effectively unusable.
I contacted Samsung Canada support and was directed to send it in for repair. I did that, but the repair ticket was cancelled by the service center. Samsung chat then directed me to call FutureTel. FutureTel told me the Galaxy Ring is not repairable and that they were not proceeding with a quote because it would be approximately the cost of the ring. I escalated through Samsung Canadaโs โEmail the CEOโ process and was offered a 10% discount on a future Samsung purchase which did nothing to remedy the issue.
I've noticed that there are quite a few of these battery issues in the forum. Instead of asking if anyone else has this issue, now I'm wondering has anyone successfully had their device fixed or repaired?

Galaxy RingHi @mikolpikol, Welcome to the Samsung Community, I can understand your frustration with your Galaxy Ring only having a short battery life. I would absolutely be frustrated too. This forum is for the support of US products and customers. As your product is a non-US model and support for these models are very limited, please seek a support team for your area.
I am providing a direct link to the Samsung Canada support page.
