I am so frustrated! I have been buying Samsung phones and wearables for 25 years, and I was so excited when the Ring came out and was advertised as counting steps. thing way overcounts steps, which I am now learning is a pretty common issue. I never would have traded my watch for the ring had I known! I don't want a watch AND a ring, and I want a step tracker because a don't want to keep my phone on my body! Samsung support was no help in resolving the issue and told me to submit an Error Report. I did, but I'm not hopeful. Has anyone else heard back from an Error Report about this? We're they able to permanently resolve it for you?
