256GB microsd card

JUMP TO SOLUTION

What are the main differences between these three cards and are they supported on the Galaxy S7 Edge? I know up to 256 is supported but these cards all have slightly different specifications. So what does it mean? What is the best ME, MP, or MC?

I'm not sure about the yellow one exactly, but the difference between the Select and Plus models is simply branding and design.

The Select card apparently is specifically for Amazon, and from what I read from others...is about .3 ounces heavier? Speeds and specs between the Select and Plus models are identical though, so hopefully that clears up any confusion between those.

You said they are the same performance. The descriptions indicated a slight increase speed. I am not too concerned with that, since it only appears to be about a 5mb/s increase. I was more worried about the class rating. They seem to both had the UHS-3 rating. However, the green one says "class 10 UHS 3". The red one just says "UHS 3".

Ah, I didn't see the speed change, most showed similar specs. I'm honestly not too sure if there was even a difference with the class itself. I just know that UHS 3 is the higher of the UHS classes at least. So having 3 is about as high as you can go for UHS.

Did you eventually end up choosing one of the 3?  I'm having the exact same conundrum, and would like to get one of them (hopefully, the one with the best performance), but want to also make sure I'm not overpaying for something that is comparable to performance to the others yet 1.5 x's the price.
