This Solution is incorrect....Samsung should really retrain all of their customer support.
You can access photos and videos from Samsung's cloud storage, by downloading 'PC Gallery' from Samsung thru the windows store.. Then under settings, select 'Use Samsung Cloud' and log into your account.
It literally doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere by Samsung though.
And why is it not possible.. The function is useless if you can't access the files from your computer!?
Then why calling it a cloud when its just a very restricted backup?
What's the point of having a useless feature that doesn't viably backup your images. Its takes year to view all our pics of u maxed out 15 gigs. Forever to load 15 gigs of images to even select and download to them for from phone to PC. This is insane.
There are ways that are a tad techie but if you know a true developer then ask them to run a sim Android OS on your computer, log you in, and go through them that way. Some phones also can accept bluetooth mice. But that's way more hit-or-miss.
Agreed though that the service is misnamed.
try using another country store. It is a bit cumbersome but .. you need to change your microsoft account settings to other country.. then your pc settings and location.. then your store.. if it does not, you need to run store troubleshooter.. when you do then use USA store. (or colombia ) then search for PC Gallery or Galeria PC .
