 If your cloud is only accessible from a Samsung device then what use is it? People want things that are compatible universally... I personally will be moving all my stuff off of your cloud to one I can use across multiple platforms!

How can you have access to your own photos and stuff then? I have spent several hours this evening trying to access my 8000 plus photos without any luck. What is going on, these are my photos and I want to remove them from this ridiculous cloud

The sad thing is even though you can access (ONLY) photos & videos through a windows 10 app (PC Gallery), Apple has iCloud where a lot more **bleep** is accessible. I really wonder why Samsung is not up Apples ass with their own operating system (not Android lagging even on the SG8 Note). Serouisly, Bixby is just now a whimpy counter punch to Siri. I want Samsung to be great but I'm having trouble with a company that makes cool stuff but also has not even countered FaceTime.  I just got my Note 2 days ago and I'm wondering what to do. I do not want  $1000.00 Apple emoji machine.
