Galaxy S Phones
Dear Samsung Team,
As a long-time Galaxy user and a mobile gamer, I'd like to suggest several highly practical improvements to Game Booster and the overall gaming experience in One UI.
wkProposal: Adaptive Resolution and Smart Display Sync**
Many games on mobile devices render internally at lower resolutions (e.g., 720p or 900p), while the display remains at 1440p. This mismatch leads nCreased heat and KO unnecessary power consumption, minimal visual benefits. Similarly, running the display at 1 20Hz while the game only outputs 30-60 FPS wastes battery and increases thermal output.
Here's hat I propose:
1. * Adaptive Display Resolution Matching.**
Dynamically lower the display resolution to mat ch the internal rendering resolution of the game, preventing unnecessary upscalina'
2. **Smart Refresh + Resolution Svnc.t
Adjust refresh rate and resolution in real-time based on actual FPS. For instance, 30 FPS ", 30HZ 720p, 60 FPS 60Hz +1080p, and so on.
3. "Low-Power Gaming Mode **
A one-click profile for when battery is low, which forces lower resolution (e.g. 720p), 30Hz refresh rate, lower bri ghtness, and CPU/GPU optimization.
4. Real-Time Render Resolution Display:
Show the actual resolution that the game is rendering at (not just display resolution), so users can monitor performance and visual quality accurately.
These features are already achievable with existing hardware (especially on LTPO displays and Snapdragon SoCs) and would provide a significant improvement in gaming efriciency and user control.
Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope to see Game Booster evolve with more dynamic and intelligent display performance management.
