I've seen all the threads concerning this issue which was caused by the the recent update.
Hoping for a solution other than rooting or connecting to a pc . I tried at least 10 file managers and non of them worked.
The main thing that gave Samsung an edge for me was the ability to access all files (including system files), if there is no solution or no update to grant access then maybe it's for the best and i'll buy an Iphone.
