Anti-virus

So, question samsung. If you dont recommend using a third party anti-virus software, why do the phones come with lookout installed with no way to uninstall, only disable?

T-Mobile used to include Lookout app on their phones, but I think starting with S10 models, they offer McAfee app during your phone setup, but if you uncheck the box, it won't install it.

I can understand that, still think they should provide a way to completely remove it without having to root the device and voiding the warranty

Correct, but possibly now some carriers are doing something good and not forcing customers to have these kinds of app if they don't want it.
