Apps from Google play will not update

Nothing on Google play has been updating after the update like snapchat and a few games and I have an galaxy s10

Can you update them Manually? open google Play, then click on your image (top right corner) then select manage apps & Devices then you will see the updates needed to update in the second option

Also please make sure Google Play Services and Google Play Store are not in restricted under Battery in settings under each app AND are not in deep sleeping mode in Device C>Battery>Background usage limits.
