Hi

1:45 PM

Hello, Thomas

1:46 PM
Is this Pankaj?

1:46 PM

Please share the concern

Yes, Thomas

1:46 PM
Are you able to read the earlier texts I sent

1:48 PM

Yes, you're referring to capture details of the caller ID

Which specific details are you referring to?

1:48 PM
So when you receive a call from a person at a new number not associated with anyone in your contacts...

1:49 PM
It shows a name with the number....
You want to store it as a new contact....

1:51 PM
Why doesn’t it transfer the name over so you don`t have to try to remember the spelling and type it in as a new contact name?
Do you know what I mean?

1:52 PM

I understood the concern, Thomas

1:52 PM
Is this just something Samsung hasn`t added as a feature.

1:52 PM

Please allow me a moment to explain

1:53 PM
It sure would be convenient

1:54 PM
You agree?

1:55 PM

You're correct, as of yet, there is no such a feature that would automatically save a number as the name over. It'd always require to save a contact manually.

I agree with you.

1:56 PM

Samsung always tries to provide the best customer service and products. Samsung always makes a note of the customer's feedback to improve the service according to the customer's requirements. Is that okay if I make a note of the shared feedback? So the team is aware of it.

1:56 PM
Oh well, maybe you can recommend it
SURE

1:57 PM

I'll make it real quick

1:57 PM
Of course it`s possible it`s an old owner of that phone number

1:57 PM

I'll need a few details from your end to raise a ticket for you. 1. Full name. 2. Email address.

1:57 PM
You`d have to correct it

2:00 PM
Thanks Pankaj

2:01 PM

My pleasure. Thomas

2:01 PM
Maybe you`ll get a raise become of the praise!

2:02 PM
Oops...because of the praise! 🙃
I think people will appreciate it

2:03 PM

It understood your point of view:) I'm updating the feedback from our end.

2:05 PM

Here we go.

I've successfully updated the feedback for you

2:06 PM

Do you need any further assistance?

2:15 PM
No,thanks

2:15 PM

I felt glad to have a chat with you. Take care Have a good one.

My pleasure.

12:20 PM
Hello

12:27 PM
I apologize if I've asked this before. Every time I call a number which has a accurate business name associated with it, coming up on the recipient ID. When I attempted to copy or carry over that name and save it to my contact list it does not offer that option. Why? The option to add contact is offered but the contact/business name that comes up when the call is completed will not carry over to be added as a contact. I must remember it and type it in.
