Back of S20 Ultra 5G cracked

bought this phone off ebay back in april 2024. its been in a phone case pretty much ever since. I bought a shock proof case from ifixit and today i took it out of the case to put a sd card in it finally to find the back is almost completely shattered... i dont have insurance im super dissapointed. my galaxy s6 handled so much better what do you suggest i do? is this normal

If you have 150 buy a A13 from Amazon . I think Samsung has credit line approvals for new phones. You need a new phone if you aren't able to repair the one you have. Sorry you are dealing with that.i think it's completely not normal for the back to shatter given you had a durable phone case, you know.

ive questioned if its even a real s20 ultra. i was shocked as well..but the person who bought it for me swears it was like the best phone compared to a s22 but thank you..i was trying to stick to the S models as my step dad had the A13 and it was pretty slow for him. i will probably look into something else versus spending the same amount for a back replacement on the s20 lol

I've only used A models but they were good for me. Yes fake phones exist sadly. I hope you get your phone sorted out.
