My Battery will not stay charged for a long period of time.I have to turn the device completely off for it to charge to full percentage. I have my Galaxy s9 in Optimized Mode it was at Medium power mode. I do not know what is causing this. My Galaxy s9 is about a 18 months old so it shouldn't be acting like this. How do I fix it? I have done everything to try to fix this problem with no resolution.

Galaxy S PhonesIf your phone or tablet is not holding a charge or if it turns on for just a few minutes before powering off, your battery is likely the cause of the problem. You should check for damage to the device's internal or external battery. GIve these links a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001407/#inspect-the-phone-or-tablet-s-intern...

If you continue to experience these symptoms I would recommend a service repair. We have a couple of options available:
1. UbreakIfix- authorized walk-in service center.
2. Ship in for service
If you wish to ship you device in for service, can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2
