Bixby does not talk when driving

I just started using Bixby on my S10. I'm especially interested in sending text messages.

It works perfectly when I'm sitting at my desk, but when I am driving, with Waze on, Bixby responds but does not talk. 

I assume there's a setting I'm missing.

Any suggestions?

Never mind. The problems was I hadn't set my car audio input to Bluetooth. That was it.
