My phone updated on Sunday night.

Since then I have not been able to use Bluetooth on my phone and the auto rotation function no longer works.

Have tried rebooting but that doesn't work either.

Have reset to factory settings and still getting the same problems.

Can anyone help me?

@userJvGAS0NJbe For auto rotation, try this:

  1. Open the Quick Panel
  2. Look for the item labeled "Portrait" and click it.
  3. This will enable Auto rotate and the item will be renamed "Auto rotate".

which carrier do you have? have you tried it in safe mode?

i'd submit an error report via samsung members app > + button > error report

could be a hardware issue so take it to the service center nearby (ubreakfix or samsung care store)
