One UI has just been so buggy recently. It randomly lags where it shouldn't, gets locked on an app, and other random bugs. I think a lot of them stem from gesture controls not working well in one UI. Try opening and closing the camera app with gesture controls and watch the stutter. I thought 5.1 would make things better, but now it's even buggier. 💀 Now there's color palette issues and the notif icons being hard to see. Despite all the extra nice features Samsung has, pixel is a way smoother experience.
I get no stutter in the areas you're describing, and I exclusively use gesture controls with onehand+ as well. I'm convinced that most of these alleged oneui problems come from people with a ton of garbo apps they downloaded off the play store eating up their resources.
I don't have a bunch of apps clogging one UI 💀. If a bunch of people have these issues, it's likely because they're actual bugs. I've even reset my phone before which took it back to factory settings and apps and these issues popped back up. In fact one UI has some other quirks that have been here for like 2 years.
In every YouTube review of a new Samsung phone they always specifically cut the part where they close the camera app. There's usually lag whenever the app is closed. Many reviewers have discussed stutter in the camera app when zooming or just doing simple things and it happens to me. It never used to be this way on my S10. It also never happens on the pixel.
As I think this is not a specific in the software. May be its your device version old stuff or any other issue. I am saying that because I have also device and also running some third party apps like AutoCAD 2017 Ativador but not any issue happens to me.
im getting a lot of these issues aswell, my problem is identical from what I see. i have using the fold 4 since November and it has been buggy in the one ui and Android navigation. all apps freeze, the only way to unfreeze the apps is either lock / unlock or do the recent app gesture
