Camera fail after August 2021 security update

The camera on my s10e failed after the security update. I found a camera app that works so its not a hardware failure. Other than the only camera app that works nothing else requiring the camera work only displaying a black screen. No document scanner, QR code reader, camera app works.

I have tried every method I found on the web to fix a camera fail issue but nothing works.

Can anyone help, please?

If it helps the information under my phone's software information is as below.

No, I have tried every solution I can find online other than factory reset as I need to use my phone and haven't had the time to mess about with a factory reset and restoring my data and apps. Nothing works. If anyone has tried factory reset and it works, please update here.

Samsung must have know that their update caused this camera issue by now, why is there no fix?!
