Hoping this will lead me in a direction that is more helpful than the last direction I've been traveling! Here's the short version --- while stationed in Guam, we purschased a Samsung Galaxy S10 (yes I realized this is an older model ) We did not activate the phone there as we left to return home to the US. Once we got back, I discovered that the model was actually built as a European model and can not be activated here. According to one Samsung rep I can have it re-something or other. Another rep said it cannot. UGH!!!! Verizon (my current carrier) says international phones cannot be activated on their network.
Anyone experienced this? Anyone have any suggestions as to what I need to do? I am at a loss.....thanks y'all
