Can't Create Secure Folder Error

Hello guys, I have a problem with my Galaxy S8, when I open the Secure Folder, it says:

Couldn't create Secure Folder

Something went wrong. If this problem persists, contact Customer Service

I don't know why, my phone is not rooted, everything is fine and default, please help me

Same problem, I have Unlock Bootloader, but my device has the Stock ROM and can still update, I just have T510XXUB3TH4 update, with Tab A 2019 T510, I do not have a rooted device, just an unlocked dbootloader,

Same problem with Secure WiFi, This device has been modified in an unauthorised way, when I only have unlocked bootloader, I'll try locking it,
