Can't Create Secure Folder Error

Hello guys, I have a problem with my Galaxy S8, when I open the Secure Folder, it says:

Couldn't create Secure Folder

Something went wrong. If this problem persists, contact Customer Service

I don't know why, my phone is not rooted, everything is fine and default, please help me

I have the same problem all other Samsung apps works only secure folder that is not working please assist, I never rooted my phone. I am using Samsung S7 edge and I have just upgraded to Android 8
