Can't access Android system recovery menu options S10 since last update.

Having a problem with sending TXT messages. So I tried to clear the cache.

Press and hold volume up

Press and hold Bixby

Press and hold power

Wait for Blue Android. Never came. It just repeats the boot cycle.

Start again

Press and hold all buttons then release on Logo and vibration.

It just does a normal boot.

This happen from the last update, never had a problem before that.

Anybody have a similar problem?

Thanks

Solved.

I connected the phone to my laptop with the USB cable and I was able to access the recovery menu by pressing and holding the keys whilst connected.

Don't release the buttons at the logo ... wait until the Maintenance menu is displayed (text console screen)

Hi CalderCay.

Thanks for the reply.

No Maintenance menu.

If I continue to hold the buttons it just cycles and repeats to try a normal boot.

Prior to the update

It would go to a maintenance menu.

Its not giving me the option.

I can do a full reset. Not excited about that
