Galaxy S PhonesSo on my Galaxy s6, when someone texted me a phone number, it would become a hyperlink and I could click on it and it would take me to the phone app and I could call it easily.
My s10 is not doing this. Anyone know how to turn this on? It's very useful for my job.

Galaxy S PhonesBoot in safe mode to see if it works for you there.
To boot in safe mode:
- Hold down the power button until the on screen buttons appear.
- Press and hold the Power off button until it changes to Safe mode

I'm not sure what S-pen is. Is there not some way to activate it on the S10 without the pen?

Galaxy S PhonesThis works as expected on my S10+ so I would expect the same on S10.
What messaging app are you using?

Galaxy S PhonesThis worked. It made them a hyperlink in Safe Mode, and now that I've rebooted, they are coming across as hyperlinks as my S6 did. Thank you so much! It really helps with my job!
