Can't click on phone number in text message to call it.

So on my Galaxy s6, when someone texted me a phone number, it would become a hyperlink and I could click on it and it would take me to the phone app and I could call it easily.

My s10 is not doing this. Anyone know how to turn this on? It's very useful for my job.

I'm not sure what S-pen is. Is there not some way to activate it on the S10 without the pen?

This works as expected on my S10+ so I would expect the same on S10.

What messaging app are you using?

Just the standard one that came with the phone. Messages version 10.0.20.37 ...it says this is the latest version.

Boot in safe mode to see if it works for you there.

To boot in safe mode:

1. Hold down the power button until the on screen buttons appear.
2. Press and hold the Power off button until it changes to Safe mode
3. Click the Safe mode button

This worked. It made them a hyperlink in Safe Mode, and now that I've rebooted, they are coming across as hyperlinks as my S6 did. Thank you so much! It really helps with my job!
