Cannot delete clipboard items due to "Security Policy"

Very frustrated here.  I have many, many clipboard items that I cannot delete due to Samsung's ridiculous "Security Policy" they've somehow managed to insert everywhere in their operating system.

The clipboard items that I cannot delete seem to have more entries added to it each week but they cannot be removed.  It is very frustrating that Samsung has let this design ruin a feature that is very necessary.  I've seen other posts where people are stating this is a result of using a Dual Messenger, but I am not using more than one Messenger app so that is not the case.

I would appreciate anyone's assistance and time.  I've had this phone only about 9 months but I am ready to ditch it.   I've had many other Androids before and this is my first Samsung and most likely my last.

My problem was related to using secure folder. I copied content/info while in that folder, so the phone considers that separate. There isn't a messenger in the secure folder, so I went to the Brower in the folder and in the search bar, I clicked clipboard and was able to delete from there

Samsung drives me crazy too. And forget getting any assistance from them. You will do better asking a 10 yr old!
