I recently purchased an S10 just about 3 weeks ago, and I've been trying to register it to my Samsung account, but neither the serial number or the IMEI number work. The phone was purchased in the United states. Any help is much appreciated.

Are you signed into your Samsung Account on the device? I purchased a Note 9 a couple of weeks ago and apparently it was automatically registered when I sgned into my Samsung Account on the device. First time I have noticed this happening
