Clock is wrong

I've tried fixing it but my clock is off by 3 hours and the world clock map is wrong too for the central time zone. I've done a software update and turned it off and on. Any suggestions?

Is there someway (app) to remove duplicates from Gallery other than manually

@Eggmee Open the Gallery. Click on the 3 line menu in lower right. Click on Suggestions. Scroll down until you find Delete duplicate pictures. Then click the Delete duplicates button.

@clockissues I think that you may have your phone set to Brazilian Central time. 

Try this:

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on General management
3. Click on Date and time
4. Turn off Automatic time zone
5. Click on Select time zone
6. Set Region to United States
7. Click on Time zone and select Chicago.
