Samsung Care has been completely smurfin' USELESS about this: for some odd reason, I'm locked out of the Camera app on my Galaxy S10+. It WILL NOT open, talkin' about "Security policy prevents use of camera". (Screenshot included) WHAT security policy!?
So the so-called Samsung Care Pro I chatted with suggested resetting all the settings. Guess what...THAT DIDN'T WORK!! And since I couldn't get ahold of anyone now ("expected wait time of less than 2 minutes" DOESN'T equate to well over TEN minutes with NOTHING HAPPENING!!), I figured that I'd post here.
Try submitting an error report through the Samsung Members App. They'll guide you there. What version is your phone on, did you try updating to the latest version?
Android 11 + One UI 3. It's as up to date as it gets, considering that it's on the March 2021 security update instead of May, like the S20 family & S21 family (which annoys me).
