Hi, anyone know how to disable the lock screen / fingerprint when my Galaxy S7 is connected to my car's Bluetooth. My previous gs7 after about a week of using poped up a message and asked if I wanted to disable lock screen when I'm connected to my music in my car.

This is my new gs7 from insurance I've had it for 2 weeks and I can't figure out how to disable the lock screen when my phone is connected to Bluetooth in my car

Hi user1W57loMwY1,

I found it by accident. Just yesterday I decided to include fingerprint security on my phone and found it in the process.

To make a Bluetooth device safe to keep your new G-S7 unlocked, follow these instructions.

1.  On your phone turn on Bluetooth.

2.  Connect to the device that you would like to add to the safe list.

3.  Go to Settings. (of course)

4.  Go to the "Personal" heading

5.  Select the "Lock screen and security" menu

4.  Next, go to "Secure lock settings" option

5.  Make sure you are near the device and the device is activated or turned on.

6.  Select "Smart Lock"

7.  If you use fingerprint to unlock the phone you will need to enter your pin at this point.

8.  Now select "Trusted devices" and from there select "Add trusted device".

9.  Now select "Bluetooth" and then select the device.

Hope you find this helps. DichF3
