Display Flickering in Google Chrome

I'm using S22 Ultra, Snapdragon variant. Today I notice an issue. When scrolling down in Google Chrome or open new tab, the top of the screen flickers. What's the reason? How to solve it? 

Already tried by clearing Chrome data, turn off Dark Mode, Motion Smoothness to Adaptive and Screen Mode Vivid. But nothing works. I've seen this issue only in Chrome.

Maybe try to uninstall the chrome and install it again?..

Finally, factory reset the device fixed it.
