My on screen tool bar for Samsung keyboard isn't working therefore I can't use my emojis nor the microphone. Any solutions?

Go to Settings>Apps>Select Samsung Keyboard (the one you use)>Select clear cache See if that works for you.

I have s20 ultra my emojis are not working. I've tried clearing cache. I have also tried keyboard reset. Any other suggestions?

Did you try clearing the cache of the Messages app as well?
