I had the vertical pink line problem on my S7 Edge and tried everything I read online to no avail. I tried pressing the screen at the top where it says Samsung and it went away while applying pressure on the screen but when I released pressure the line returned. I applied pressure again and while under pressure and no line showing I restarted my phone. During the restart and at the moment the phone was off I released pressure. When the phone came back on the problem was fixed.
