Fix for steps from Samsung health not displaying in notifications.

When checking the notification settings at the bottom there is notification categories, select that and make sure steps are enabled. Some update unselected in recent time.

When I re-elected the steps in the notification categories I had no issues. Typically don't with my Samsung devices.
