I have a new security camera that only supports 4.2mhz. I have to set it up through my S10. My Xfinity router will not let me split the signal between 5mhz and 2.4mhz. My phone always connects to 5.0. How do I force it to 2.4 so that I can configure my camera?

If you can't configure your router to provide separate network names for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signals, you will need to configure your router to use only 2.4 GHz. At least temporarily while you configure the camera.
