I'm afraid your only option would be to power down, boot into maintenance mode, then do a factory reset.

Prior to this, hopefully, you'll remember that you wrote the password down somewhere : )

Unfortunately, it will wipe the phone back to the point when you purchased it ... a clean slate. That's why it's important to back up a phone once a month, or at the very least, every three months ... you can use Smart Switch to do this.

As a last resort, you might try installing Smart Switch on Windows or Mac, shut down phone, plug it into computer, start Smart Switch, then power up phone and cross your fingers : )

hopefully you're back to your phone off to the Samsung cloud You should be able to get some or most of your stuff back.
