Galaxy S6 software update issue

Hello! I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 (OS Marshmallow) of T-mobile but I can't find the "software update manually" option on my device. As I tap the "software update manually" it does not respond. Please help me find a way to update my device's software. The "software update manually" option is missing in my Samsung Galaxy S6 along with "schedule software update" and "software update automatically" options.

Hi, SamsungViv. Thanks for having interest in my case. When I tap on this "Software update", it doesn't respond a single thing to be clear. I keep on tapping continuously but it doesn't open anything further.

Hello, expert. Thanks for your kind advice but I have always check it and it remains the same thing i.e., it doesn't respond. Even tried it with 100% battery.

Yes. I also have this problem.

Whenever I click on software update it doesn't respond.

I don't want to use Odin or ADB as they seem too complicated.
