The option on my S10+ Navigation Bar to select Full Screen Geztures has disappeared. I pull up the page it should be on but only Navigation Buttons is there. I did have a software update before I noticed it so that could be the issue.
You have an third-party application causing your issue. I would recommend removing applications one by one until you locate the culprit. You can test by uninstalling applications until you are able to use the gesture setting.

The problem is mostlikely a launcher you're running in the background like nova launcher, once you go back to the normal one ui the option will apear in your settings, i guess the new gestures just arent compatible with certain launchers
