Galaxy S PhonesI can definitely understand how frustrating this is! Here are several troubleshooting steps and tips that may help. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001240
If you are experiencing network service issues with calls, SMS or MMS messages, network signals, mobile data, or hotspots after resetting the device, you will need to contact your carrier.
If you complete all of the troubleshooting and are not having issues with the network, such as mobile data, texting, etc., then it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. This can usually be done at a local uBreakiFix location, https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung For other service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. Private Message: http://bit.ly/2XERsky
