Hello, is there anyone else having issues with their calls breaking up and dropping as of recently? I haven't converted to T-Mobile, or changed the SIM card... Could this be the reason?

I can definitely understand how frustrating this is! Here are several troubleshooting steps and tips that may help. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001240

If you are experiencing network service issues with calls, SMS or MMS messages, network signals, mobile data, or hotspots after resetting the device, you will need to contact your carrier.

If you complete all of the troubleshooting and are not having issues with the network, such as mobile data, texting, etc., then it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. This can usually be done at a local uBreakiFix location, https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung For other service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. No issue with mine. Perhaps you are using Wi-Fi for calls? My wife had dropped call issues whenever she was using this feature from T-Mobile.

I have had this prob with at least 20 dropped calls a day. I've tried all recommended solutions. I have the S10+ and never had this problem. Started 1 day and has not stopped regardless of changes in settings and wi-fi calling while in on and off mode.
