For the past several weeks, I keep getting a notification popping up saying, "Unfortunately, Amazon has stopped." I can either click Report or OK. Clicking either of those is the only way to get rid of it. I reported it numerous times, to o avail. Tried to uninstall it and that option wasn't available. Went to Verizon and was told it's a pre-installed Samsung app. He tried a few things, but it's still happening. Very irritating. Anyone else have this happen?

I'm tried what I though was the way to put it in Safe Mode, but it didn't work. I turned my phone off. Turned it back off and, while it was powering up, kept clicking on the Menu button on the lower left. That's the only way I know to put it in Safe Mode. Any other suggestions?
