- My "hey Google" hears me but has no sound. When responding.
- I've called Samsung help line. They said to contact Google . That's an impossibility!

Google has 24/7 chat agents available to help. That being said, does the Google/Assistant app have the microphone permissions enabled in Settings>Apps>App name?

I believe I have a possible solution.
Do me a favor and go to the Google app. Click your profile icon on the top right and scroll down, then tap "settings".
Once on the settings page, scroll down until you see "Google Assistant". Once you're in, find a tab that says "Google Assistant Voice & Sound".
On this page, you should be able to customize your Google Assistant's Voice and select it's Speech Output. The "Speech Output" should be set to "brief" or "full".
