Anyone know how I get rid of this or fix this? I clear/swipe it away but it keeps coming back?

Looks like you might need to update your Microsoft password

Go into your settings, under your Samsung account are you signed in a Microsoft account or is there any features being used under Samsung and Microsoft?

I had my Microsoft account linked, and I unlinked it, and it seemed to go away, so we'll see.

When it shows up, just hold it down, tap settings and/or turn off notifications.

If you go to settings, you can choose which notifications to turn off exactly.
